Refund Policy

Exchanges for the same or equivalent product are permitted in the event you receive a damaged or faulty product. Requests for an exchange must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Send a photograph of the product and the order number to us via the Contact Form to initiate the review process. You will receive a response within 3 business days with further instructions.

Only unused products are eligible for exchange. No washed, styled, trimmed, dyed or otherwise altered products are covered under our exchange policy.
